| PROGRAM COORDINATOR TRAINING (PCT)
Thank you for your interest in the Maryland Mentoring Partnership’s Program Coordinator Training. This training is designed for experienced mentoring practitioners who have over 1 year experience working in the field of mentoring. For those with less than 1 year experience it is highly recommended that you attend our Program Development Seminar.
Participants will receive the knowledge and tools needed to implement a sustainable youth mentoring program. Based on the nationally recognized Elements of Effective Practice, participants will be guided through an interactive process to enhance competence and professional skills to ensure enduring mentoring relationships and quality programs.
Modules are approximately 2 hours in length and cover:
Program Design
Program Management
Program Operations
Program Evaluation & Evaluation Tools
Funding, Fundraising and Grant writing
Risk Management, Legal Issues and Liability
Mentor Recruitment, Training, and Retention
Mentee Recruitment, Training, and Retention
Creating Partnerships
Youth Development
Guidelines and Application Form

Refund Policy: A 50% refund will be granted if a written request to withdraw is received 2 weeks prior to the 1st day of the training. Tuition is non-refundable thereafter.
Completion requirements:
To be awarded the letter of completion and CEUS all training modules must be attended and all coursework completed. If, for any reason, a module is missed or course work not completed, the letter of completion and CEUs will not be awarded. Missed modules and coursework must be completed during the next scheduled PCT MMP offers. If all coursework is not completed within the timeframe, participants must reapply submitting an application and payment for the full tuition cost.
